hi, lyn-chan! :D

Quote by lyn123great job chisai-chan XD! i knew you could do an original lol. admirable shading as usual and i love the tutu :D.
the proportions seem to be correct ;). i wonder where you researched >.< though.
love to see more originals from you :).

thanks very much for the encouragements! it was really fun to draw.. i researched thru stock photos... (eg. people sitting, etc.) ^_^' glad you liked it! ^^,

Hey! It's Haohmaru77, just wanted to thank you for answering my thread about manga vs. comics. Thanx! Bye!

Hello again and a big welcome to the AIR group. I've already seen your insightfulness (if that's a real word XP) and intelligence so i'm very happy to be able to accept you into the group, of 122 members we seem to be lacking participation so it's great to see educated opinions such as yours rather than "it was great". We have a competition in the planning which should be official within three weeks so your welcome to be invloved but until then, if you have anything at all you want to ask or tell, feel free to do so in the guestbook. The group may seem a little dead but at least i'll reply :)

Other than that, great hearing from you and i hope to see you around.

Quote by lyn123that's nice lol >.< but what happened to your old account?

(sigh) got corrupted according to Mod Sheq.. oh well, i'll add you back in my wl.. ;)

tc! :D

Quote by lyn123i guess it's entertainment for me :). i'm very picky with anime though ^_^' . just like how i pick the ones i watch on tv/theaters, i only watch the well-written ones that have meanings since i don't bother watching shows that don't make sense (in a bad way) >.< .

I know what you mean...I collect a lot of anime for some reason, I usually only get around to watching the good ones I have heard more about, ones with a good story and art. Although I would say, some of the more confusing ones have been some of the most entertaining...for instance, FLCL, what the heck is going on in that one I have no idea...but it's great to watch :) Anyways, thanks for posting in my thread!

Hiya there just stopping by to say thanks for the comment on my doujinshi '.=.Kiss.=.' i'm glad you like it ^_^ itz just too bad i didn't have the guy's face *it wasn't in the image-_-'* so yea laters

Quote by lyn123it's really nice. i really like the way you shade and add value. i'd really love to see samples of your original doujins other than the ones you say are for the game ;).

i yeah well let's see.. unlike other original doujinists i have just started drawing anime late last year my knowledge and inspiration is still pretty low according to my assessment.. and with the copy works that's how i think i could build enough foundation.. :) most doujinists have been drawing for years to be able to draw something to that level and i'm not.. patience my dear.. :) well. we'll see what we can come up with there's one in the gallery a no ref fanart... it's the one with a girl holding a violin.. not good enough in my opinion besides it being rather old.. :D i'm very glad you liked the sketch btw... :D ki o tsukete!

Thanks for your mature and insightful commentary on my thread!

konnichiwa -lyn-chan! XD

Quote by lyn123thanks for the reply :D ! nice idea. i've gotten some inspiration after seeing that site.

yeah.. that's how it appealed to me too.. if you observe his style of art you'll eventually 'fall inlove' with human anatomy and find joy and persevarance in mastering it as well.. :D

Quote:
i haven't really tried realism and portraits yet before so i don't know much of where to start yet. that's why i'm looking for such like anatomy sites as they can be applied to both realism and anime :) . i hope you wouldn't mind when i add you to my watchlist ;).

it's a wonderful mix...! there are so many invisible lines in anime that realism will help you connect and determine.. :) i'm very thankful to have gone to that path too.. :) thanks for the add... will return! :D

Quote by lyn123i can't forget about shuffle!. ;) not because of the ecchi but the drama. i didn't really like it so much until about the second half. i've only used it to enhance my drawing skills at first since its illustrations have impressed me. when i saw the second half, i got really in it. the drama especially shocker eps really got me...

Mm.. :pacman: Enhancing drawing skills... I do have one of those manga that inspired me.. sigh.. :\ not anime i guess.. Anyway, Dragon Ball Z manga that does it! :D
Thanks for writing on my thread! ;)
